Questions nutritionists ask
How much does SkedEz cost for a nutritionist?
No commission and no fee per client. Free is free, with 10 bookings a month. Pro is €9.90 and Teams €14.90 a month, with a 15-day free trial (30 days on yearly). The trial needs a card, and there is one trial per business.
Which plan does your nutrition practice need?
The Free plan is free: one service, one nutritionist and 10 bookings a month, without WhatsApp or Google Calendar. First consultations and follow-ups are two services, so offering both needs Pro: €9.90 a month or €99.00 a year, with unlimited services and bookings, WhatsApp, Google Calendar and Meet. If several nutritionists share a practice, Teams costs €14.90 a month for up to 20 people, each with their own hours and services. Pro and Teams start with a free trial of 15 days on monthly billing or 30 days on annual. No commission per booking.
Can I offer online and in-person consultations?
Yes. Create separate services for online and in-person consultations, each with its own length: several services need Pro or Teams, since Free includes one. On Pro and Teams, connect Google Calendar and turn on Google Meet in Integrations (it is off by default): each synced booking then gets a Meet link, which reaches the client through the calendar invitation. Clients see times in their own time zone.
How do I make sure clients come back for follow-ups?
The simplest habit is to book the next follow-up from the calendar before the consultation ends. The client then gets a confirmation and an e-mail reminder on every plan; WhatsApp reminders are on Pro and Teams. Client history also shows who has no upcoming appointment booked.
Can I store meal plans or medical history in SkedEz?
No. SkedEz is for scheduling and has no clinical records. Do not store diagnoses or clinical notes in client notes; you are responsible for the data you add. Keep client records in a system built for health data, and keep booking notes to preferences, times and contact choices.
How do reminders work, and on which plans?
Each confirmed booking gets a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before, when there is time. Email on every plan; WhatsApp on Pro and Teams, as plain text with no buttons or replies.
Can clients pay when they book?
No. SkedEz does not take payments or deposits. You keep your usual way of getting paid and use SkedEz for scheduling and reminders.
What happens when Free reaches 10 bookings in a month?
Online booking pauses until the next calendar month, and you can still add bookings yourself. Pro and Teams have no booking limit.
