FAQ

Questions about client records

Can I bring my current client list?

Yes. Import a CSV file of up to 1,000 clients, each with a name and an email or phone. You see a preview first, and existing clients are never changed.

What about clients who call or walk in?

Add the appointment yourself, and it joins the same record as their online bookings.

Who on my team can read the notes?

On Teams, the owner and admins always can, and each person’s role decides for the rest, with presets such as Staff or Front desk.

Can I try Pro before I pay?

Yes. Pro and Teams start with a 15-day trial on monthly billing, or 30 days on yearly. A card is needed, and the first charge is on the day the trial ends.
