  • Reminders go out on their own

    Email reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before on every plan, when the client’s email is on file and notifications are on; WhatsApp on Pro and Teams. A pending booking gets them once you approve it, and the reminder 24 hours before is skipped for bookings made less than a day ahead.
