Questions psychologists ask
How much does SkedEz cost for a therapist?
No commission and no fee per client. Free is free, with 10 bookings a month. Pro is €9.90 and Teams €14.90 a month, with a 15-day free trial (30 days on yearly). The trial needs a card, and there is one trial per business.
Which plan does your therapy practice need?
The Free plan costs €0.00: one service, one practitioner and 10 bookings a month, with email reminders but without WhatsApp or Google Calendar. Enough to check the wording and see what clients receive. Pro, at €9.90/month or €99.00/year, adds unlimited services and bookings, Google Meet for online sessions, and WhatsApp reminders. If you share a practice, Teams costs €14.90/month for up to 20 therapists with their own hours and services. Pro and Teams start with a free trial of 15 days (monthly) or 30 days (annual). No commission per client and no directory. SkedEz does not take session payments.
Can SkedEz create video links for online sessions?
Yes, on Pro and Teams. Connect Google Calendar and turn on Google Meet in Integrations (it is off by default): each synced booking then gets a Meet link, which reaches the client through the calendar invitation. SkedEz has no video platform of its own, and Free does not include Meet.
Should I let clients book weekly sessions themselves?
Some practices open the booking page for first consultations and book ongoing appointments themselves, agreeing the next time at the end of each one. Clients still get a confirmation and an e-mail reminder on every plan; WhatsApp reminders are on Pro and Teams.
Can I keep therapy notes in SkedEz?
No. SkedEz is for scheduling and has no clinical records. Do not store diagnoses or clinical notes in client notes; you are responsible for the data you add. Keep session notes in a system built for health data, and keep booking notes to preferences, times and contact choices.
How do reminders work, and on which plans?
Each confirmed booking gets a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before, when there is time. Email on every plan; WhatsApp on Pro and Teams, as plain text with no buttons or replies.
Can clients pay when they book?
No. SkedEz does not take payments or deposits. You keep your usual way of getting paid and use SkedEz for scheduling and reminders.
What happens when Free reaches 10 bookings in a month?
Online booking pauses until the next calendar month, and you can still add bookings yourself. Pro and Teams have no booking limit.
