Questions personal trainers ask
What does it cost? Is there a commission?
No commission and no fee per client. Free is free, with 10 bookings a month. Pro is €9.90 and Teams €14.90 a month, with a 15-day free trial (30 days on yearly). The trial needs a card, and there is one trial per business.
How do reminders work, and on which plans?
Each confirmed booking gets a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before, when there is time. Email on every plan; WhatsApp on Pro and Teams, as plain text with no buttons or replies.
What happens when Free reaches 10 bookings in a month?
Online booking pauses until the next calendar month, and you can still add bookings yourself. Pro and Teams have no booking limit.
Can I block breaks, early starts and days off?
Yes. Set working hours for each day, add breaks, and block time on the calendar. Clients only see the times that are open.
Can a client cancel or reschedule?
Yes, from the link in their booking, if you allow it in your booking settings. A canceled time opens up for other clients again.
What if I already use another tool?
Import your clients from a CSV file, up to 1,000 per file, with a preview first. Appointments are not moved, so you can start on Free next to your current tool.
Can I cancel any time?
Cancel from your subscription settings whenever you like, and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid. A yearly plan is billed for the whole year.
What happens to my clients' data?
Your client records stay yours. You decide what goes in, you and the team members you add can see them, and you can export your data or delete your account in the app.
