Questions consultants ask
How much does SkedEz cost for a consultant?
No commission and no fee per client. Free is free, with 10 bookings a month. Pro is €9.90 and Teams €14.90 a month, with a 15-day free trial (30 days on yearly). The trial needs a card, and there is one trial per business.
How do reminders work, and on which plans?
Each confirmed booking gets a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before, when there is time. Email on every plan; WhatsApp on Pro and Teams, as plain text with no buttons or replies.
Does SkedEz sync with Google Calendar?
Yes, on Pro and Teams. The sync is one-way: every booking appears in your Google Calendar. SkedEz does not read your other events, so they do not block times; set your working hours in SkedEz to match when you are available.
Can I hold online meetings with Google Meet?
Yes, on Pro and Teams. Connect Google Calendar and turn on Google Meet in Integrations (it is off by default): each synced booking then gets a Meet link, which reaches the client through the calendar invitation. Free does not include it.
Will international clients see the right time?
Yes. SkedEz detects the client's time zone and shows open times in their local time, while you see them in yours. The booking page is available in six languages.
Can I charge for a session when clients book?
No. SkedEz does not take payments or deposits. Most consultants keep their usual invoicing or payment tools and use SkedEz for scheduling: intro calls, sessions, reminders and Meet links.
Why use scheduling software as a consultant?
Arranging a first meeting by email takes three or four messages: suggest times, confirm, send the video link. With clients abroad, the time zone question comes on top. And when your availability is spread across several calendars, you end up offering times you don't actually have.
