Questions tutors ask
How much does SkedEz cost for a tutor or academy?
The Free plan includes one service, one team member and 10 bookings per month, without WhatsApp or Google Calendar. Pro costs €9.90 per month or €99.00 per year for one teacher, with unlimited services and bookings, WhatsApp reminders and Google Calendar with Meet. Teams costs €14.90 per month for up to 20 teachers. Paid plans start with a free trial of 15 or 30 days depending on billing, and you can cancel any time.
How do reminders work, and on which plans?
Each confirmed booking gets a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before, when there is time. Email on every plan; WhatsApp on Pro and Teams, as plain text with no buttons or replies.
Can parents book lessons for their children?
Yes. A parent books in their own name with their own contact details, and messages go to that contact. Each lesson is one-to-one, and SkedEz has no separate accounts for children.
Does it work for online lessons with students abroad?
Yes, on Pro and Teams. Connect Google Calendar and turn on Google Meet in Integrations (it is off by default): each synced booking then gets a Meet link, which reaches the student through the calendar invitation. Each student sees times in their own time zone, and the booking page comes in six languages.
Can SkedEz manage group classes with limited places?
No. SkedEz books one-to-one only: one student per appointment, with no group seats, enrollment or class passes. It fits private lessons, trial lessons and level tests.
What should lesson booking software do for a small school?
Search for school management software and you'll find enrollment, billing and virtual classrooms. For many tutors and small schools the pain is narrower: parents asking for a trial lesson, students moving a class around an exam and teachers on different schedules, all arranged by message while you're teaching. What happens when Free reaches 10 bookings in a month?
Online booking pauses until the next calendar month, and you can still add bookings yourself. Pro and Teams have no booking limit.
