What does a spa or studio get with SkedEz?

How is SkedEz priced as my team grows?
SkedEz Teams is one flat monthly price for up to 20 team members, so adding a therapist does not change the bill; Pro is the plan for one person. Neither charges a commission on bookings, and you can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I move my client list from Fresha to SkedEz?
Yes. Export your clients from your current tool if it lets you, then import them into SkedEz from a CSV file: up to 1,000 rows per file, with a name and an email or a phone number with country code, and a preview before anything is saved. Import is on every plan and never changes clients already in SkedEz. Appointments are not moved, so keep your current tool until your booked appointments have taken place.
Does SkedEz send WhatsApp reminders?
Yes, on Pro and Teams: each confirmed booking gets a WhatsApp reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before, when there is time. Email reminders come with every plan, including Free, for confirmed bookings, when the client has an email address and allows notifications.
