Is SkedEz a good fit for consultants and personal trainers?

SkedEz suits anyone who sells sessions of set lengths to returning clients. You define services and team members, and clients book free slots from your page or your website; working hours per team member are part of Teams.

Can SkedEz create video links for online sessions?

Yes, on Pro and Teams. SkedEz adds your appointments to your Google Calendar, one way from SkedEz to Google, and once you switch on Google Meet in the integration settings, Meet links appear on your appointments, so online and in-person sessions share one calendar.

How much does SkedEz cost for a small team?

Teams is US$ 14.90 a month for up to 20 team members, one price rather than per person. Pro is US$ 9.90 a month or US$ 99.00 a year for one person, with no commission per booking.

Can I move from Calendly to SkedEz without losing bookings?

Yes. Export your clients from your current tool if it lets you, then import them into SkedEz from a CSV file: up to 1,000 rows per file, with a name and an email or a phone number with country code, and a preview before anything is saved. Import is on every plan and never changes clients already in SkedEz. Appointments are not moved, so keep your current tool until your booked appointments have taken place.
